Order processing
Orders are typically prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated delivery time
After being shipped, the order typically takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive. These times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Incorrect address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct address. If you need to make a correction, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
